Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does a naturopath do?

We offer a holistic approach to healthcare. Considering all influential aspects of your physical, mental and social well-being.

We incorporate the healing power of nature with scientific and traditional evidence.

  • Do you offer face to face consultations?

    Yes!

I practice in the leafy suburb of Park Orchards. Located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The clinic offers client parking and is accessible via public transport. We have a bus stop right out the front!

  • Is the cost of supplements included in the consultation price?

The consultation price includes an in depth case history and review of your individual presentation. Diet and lifestyle recommendations, alongside a treatment plan are also included.

If necessary herbs and nutritional supplements may be prescribed. These are not covered by the consultation fee.

  • How often do you need to see a naturopath?

    It varies client to client!

Depending on the chronicity and complexity of your case, we may work together for 3-12 months acutely.

Once we reach a stage that we are both happy with how you are feeling, we can move on to a maintenance phase where we touch base every 4-6 months.

  • What qualifications do you hold?

    Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy).

I am also an accredited practitioner with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).

  • Does private health cover naturopathy?

Unfortunately in 2019 private health cover for naturopathy was removed.

Let’s hope in the near future it returns so we can provide support to anyone and everyone!
