Senior Naturopath
I’m Jamie, the senior naturopath and founder of Natu Wellbeing. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy, Melbourne, and I’m passionate about combining evidence-based science with the healing principles of nature to create real, lasting change for my clients.
My interest in naturopathic medicine grew from my own long journey with unresolved health issues. I know firsthand how exhausting it can feel when you’re doing “all the right things” yet still not seeing the progress you deserve. This is why I’m committed to providing care that is thorough, individualised and genuinely supportive.
I specialise in microbiome health for all ages, with a strong focus on the gut–skin–hormone connection. Much of my work supports people experiencing digestive concerns, eczema and other skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and the complex symptoms that often accompany a disrupted microbiome.
Before you explore further, take a moment to ask yourself:
When was the last time you truly felt well?
How much are your current symptoms impacting your quality of life?
If the answer feels uncomfortable, or you know you’ve been putting your own health on hold, it may be time to take that first step toward feeling like yourself again.

The Holistic Approach
Treating patients with a holistic approach ensures we treat the mind, body and soul, as illness and disease is caused by not only pathological change but by disharmony of the entire being. It is not considered holistic treatment if you are treated for your symptoms, your symptoms are a reflection of an alteration in the body and this alteration needs to be addressed. Optimal health can in many cases be achieved by making lifestyle and dietary changes, it may also require the use of practitioner only grade supplements and herbal medicine for a period of time. This is how we can integrate science with the healing power of nature to make you feel your best.
